The Symetrix Prism 8×8 Dante is a digital signal processor (DSP) designed for professional audio applications in installations such as conference halls, theaters, churches and other similar environments. The device offers 8 inputs and outputs, all, of course, via the Dante protocol for digital audio transmission. With the Symetrix Prism 8×8 Dante you can mix and edit different audio sources (such as microphones, instruments or other audio equipment to the desired result. The Prism 8×8 contains a powerful DSP engine with 64-bit signal processing and an extensive library of DSP algorithms to perform a wide range of audio operations, including equalization, compression, gating, delay and reverb. The intuitive user interface, available through the web interface, allows the device to be configured and customized. The Symetrix Prism 8×8 also supports external control via RS-232, Ethernet or GPIO, making it easier to integrate the device into a larger audio or automation system.
