Engineering
Martin has been with Broadcast Partners for 10 yearsOur engineers work at our headquarters in Terneuzen. When you work in the engineering department, you love both technology and dynamics. In this department, we are engaged in designing, building, expanding and optimizing our broadcast installations; FM and DAB installations, uplink installations and audio and video links over IP networks.Through 24/7 monitoring and testing procedures, we anticipate (possible) failures and keep our customers’ broadcast signal optimal.A position in the engineering department requires independence and flexibility but certainly offers a lot of freedom. There is a friendly and collegial work atmosphere. The hands-on mentality of the technical management makes for informal collaboration. Service Mechanics
Mart has been with Broadcast Partners for 15 yearsThe Service Engineers team is the core of the construction and maintenance of our station fleet.In addition to the preparations performed at our headquarters in Terneuzen, you will regularly travel to our transmitter locations throughout the Netherlands and Flanders to set up, adjust and test and where necessary repair transmitter equipment, filtering, audio and IP network equipment. The service engineers work closely with the Engineers, Work Preparation and Planning Department in this process.The service vehicles are stocked from Terneuzen so you always go to your job or repair well prepared. Many of our technicians are naturally not afraid of heights and go on regular climbing training so that work on antennas in transmission towers can also be carried out safely. Network Planning
Ferdi has been working at Broadcast Partners for 3 years.
The network planning department in Hilversum is working hard to optimize and care for the FM and DAB networks.We calculate the type of antenna system and frequencies with which the transmitters can function optimally, taking into account national and international regulations. With advanced software, we can calculate whether certain transmitters are going to interfere with each other and what technique is used to optimally cover a service area.A position in the network planning department requires independence and creativity but certainly offers a lot of freedom. There is a friendly and collegial work atmosphere. Research & Development
Michiel has been working at Broadcast Partners for 4 years.In the R&D department, developments are flying by the seat of your pants.The close-knit team works every day on the latest innovations when it comes to radio software. Of course, this is quite a task because the products you develop here don’t exist yet. Working out, programming, developing and testing new software is daily business for these guys.The informal work atmosphere ensures that colleagues will help you when you need a second opinion. It’s nice to know that your team is behind you and offering help when it’s needed. At the same time, the R&D team interacts with the rest of the organization. ICT
Roel has been with Broadcast Partners for 8 years.The ICT department is located in Terneuzen. Here you will be installing new hardware and software on a daily basis.
You will prepare systems and equipment for use with new hardware and software. And just as importantly, they troubleshoot and solve problems with programs, systems and equipment. Finding out the cause of failures and problems is also an important task for preventing them in the future. So you are also regularly on duty for colleagues who need remote assistance.If you think in solutions and are up for a dynamic job, this is your place. No day is the same, but you can count on support from your colleagues. Not only is the team fun, after a week of work you can join other colleagues for drinks on Friday afternoon. A close-knit club, where you can be yourself and come to work casual. Koen has been working at Broadcast Partners for 5 years.In the sales department, we personally attend to customers.Does a customer have a question about a software product or a new studio setup? No question is too crazy. In consultation with technology, we will look for the appropriate solution. We make sure the customer walks out with the sound they want. Sales works closely with various departments such as engineering, marketing and R&D.

Manon has been working at Broadcast Partners for 2 years.In the marketing department, no day is dull. Each day brings new challenges.Maybe you are working on the content on the website or on the web shop. At the same time, you might be working on our social media channels, interviewing a client of ours for an interesting article, recording a podcast with an interesting guest or designing the most beautiful visuals.Designing merchandise or leaflets, analyzing the figures and adjusting actions may also be part of your duties.
