AVT MAGIC THipPro – LAN Software License Option

The MAGIC THipPro LAN software displays all caller lines in vertical order with status buttons (PRETALK, HOLD, ON AIR, DROP and, if configured, transfer) and level meter. Each line has an Info button that displays the caller’s name and number or location, depending on what information is available. Below that, the caller’s gender, age and mood can be displayed. It also shows when the caller was last ON AIR. Text can be entered in the information field below it to enter more details about the caller. This information is also stored in the database and displayed on the next call from that phone number. The list of last calls can be shown or hidden according to the requirements of the program. Through the Phone Book button, calls can easily be established in the desired status. Manual dialing is also possible, of course. Speed dial keys can be programmed for the most important contacts. The MAGIC THipPro LAN software option is available as a single-user license.
