What are the activities

Within our organization, we develop our own hardware and software and use our own platforms. We have this in-house as much as possible and want to be able to continue to develop and ensure the quality of our hardware and software. As a Python Programmer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining our software applications using the Python programming language. This role requires knowledge of Python programming, good understanding of software development and problem solving skills. You will work in a team of several engineers and we also have our own research and development department. So there is plenty of room for internal training and development.

• Analyze technical requirements and specifications to develop functional software solutions.
• Design, code, test and debug Python program code.
• Maintain, develop and expand various software applications c.q. products within our organization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and problems in existing software applications.
• These include control and software systems for our own developed products (DME, aXemble, APIs for smart radio).
• Optimize front-end functionalities in collaboration your colleagues.
• Contribute and seek collaboration with colleagues on the design and engineering of the various systems in our Thinking of broadcast systems, DAB+ transmitters and related facilities.
• Document software designs, technical specifications and user manuals.

 

What you bring

• Working and thinking level of relevant education and/or work experience
• Extensive knowledge of Python programming and associated libraries and frameworks
• Understanding of-and experience with- object-oriented programming
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript for front-end development is a plus
• Familiarity with databases / SQL is a plus
• Affinity with audio and/or radio frequency engineering is a plus but not a requirement
• You are accurate and analytical
• You are flexible to move with us within our business dynamics
• You are willing to work breakdown duty
