Format Planner

The Format Planner of AerOn Studio is a powerful tool for automatically generating playlists.

Thanks to the integrated Database Editor, the Format Planner offers a user-friendly solution, making a separate database completely unnecessary. The planner also offers a lot of flexibility because the created hour formats can easily be combined into a complete day format. This allows playlists to be generated with just a few clicks. The Format Planner even offers the possibility to automate this planning process daily, shortly before midnight.

Database Editor

The Database Browser is a handy tool that allows you to easily navigate through your audio files.

With the convenient overview, you can easily view all tracks in your database. Thanks to the quick search function, using filters and keywords, you can quickly find the desired tracks. With the "drag-and-drop" functionality, you can drag tracks to the Playlist, Jingle Machine, or Item Browser with a single action. Additionally, you can select multiple tracks at once and easily edit their criteria using the "Edit criteria" function.

Commercial Planner

The Commercial Planner is a powerful tool for efficiently scheduling commercials.

The flexible Commercial Planner seamlessly integrates with the client database of the radio station. In the weekly matrix, up to 1008 commercial blocks can be set as desired. These can be configured as fixed, sliding, or filled blocks. Advertising campaigns can be scheduled randomly or spread over the period as desired. Additionally, for each advertising campaign, it can be determined in which blocks they may appear.

Voice Tracking

The Mix Editor offers powerful tools for mixing the playlist and recording voice tracks.

The Mix Editor automatically manages the transitions between different tracks based on the start and end times set in the database. If desired, the mix can still be manually adjusted using "precise control". Voice tracks can be recorded with just the press of a button. The "ducking" function automatically lowers the music volume when you speak, ensuring that your voice is always clearly audible. For those who prefer to "tweak" manually, both the timing and volume of "ducking" and transitions can also be adjusted manually.
