Martin has been working at Broadcast Partners for 11 years

Our engineers work at our headquarters in Terneuzen. When you work in the engineering department, you enjoy both technology and dynamism. In this department, we are involved in designing, building, expanding, and optimizing our transmission installations; FM and DAB installations, uplink installations, and audio and video connections over IP networks.

Through 24/7 monitoring and testing procedures, we anticipate (potential) malfunctions and keep our clients' broadcast signals optimal.

A position in the engineering department requires independence and flexibility but certainly offers a lot of freedom. There is a friendly and collegial working atmosphere. The hands-on mentality of the technical management ensures informal cooperation. You outline the big picture of a project without losing sight of the important details.
