What do we expect from you?
Your goal in this job is to spread the word about Broadcast Partners as a brand and an employer with the content you create across various channels.
You make this possible as an online marketer by:
- Conceiving, creating and managing content for social media and our website
- Setting up email marketing and email campaigns
- Creating podcasts and processing them
- Writing out interviews and news articles
- Targeted deployment of ads to generate traffic
- Video creation, editing and scheduling
- Support creation of offline marketing, think flyers or banners
Working with departments and keeping warm contact with your colleagues is key to staying informed and inspired for content creation.
Your profile
As an Online Marketer, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing department in executing marketing plans and campaigns. To strengthen our company’s brand positioning and drive sales, you will work closely with your colleagues and team leader. A proactive and assertive attitude is therefore desirable. Working independently or as part of a team, your social nature is excellent. And to get your message across well, written or oral, you have excellent communication skills. In addition, the following is important for this role:
- A degree or work experience in Marketing or related field
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
If you are familiar with Google Ads and Analytics and/or are proficient with Photoshop, that is very valuable to us.
What do we offer you?
You have the opportunity to work hybrid with a travel allowance for the days you travel to the office and a home office allowance for the days you work from home. Of course, we offer you a salary in line with the responsibilities and your knowledge and experience. In addition, we offer you the following conditions:
- A contract for 32 or 40 hours per week, initially for one year.
- 24 annual leave days for full-time employment
- 8% vacation allowance
- Pension plan
- T-tag for the Westerschelde tunnel
- Commuting allowance at 0.21 per km
- Home working allowance at €2.15 per day
