What will you do?
Ensure the smooth and correct running of financial processes. You will be the point of inquiry for colleagues on the finance team regarding cost allocations and booking runs. You will also maintain contacts with accountants and colleagues at our international parent company. You have your checks and balances in place and see what is happening in the business. This provides a solid basis for business analysis. You are closely involved in the monthly and year-end closing and help pull that cart. You will report to the finance manager and assume his/her duties in his/her absence. Your main tasks are
- Coordinate monthly and year-end closings.
- Consolidating the various entities
- Optimization of internal controls
- Analyze financial results
- Support in the budget process
- Follow up issues from organization

Broadcast Partners’ most prominent activity is the FM and DAB station parks of all major radio stations in the Netherlands and Flanders, such as Radio 538, VRT, Q-Music and NPO. In addition, Broadcast Partners provides broadcasting technology in many other countries and has an R&D department that develops trend-setting products for radio and Internet media.

Your profile
Working independently goes well with you but you realize that you can achieve more with a smoothly working team. Quality is your top priority. You want to get your affairs in order and be precise without losing the big picture. You have an eye for process improvements. You love your profession and know how to convince and enthuse others. In addition, the following is important
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience as an accountant or financial controller
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and ERP.
- Good command of Dutch and English
You will work at our headquarters in Terneuzen, so ideally you will live in the Zeeland area.
