Senior HR Officer

As a Senior HR Officer at Broadcast Partners, you and your colleague will be responsible for the human resources department. The focus for your position is primarily in the area of absence registration and the timely follow-up of absence files. For this, initiative to develop a process within Broadcast Partners is desired. Due to growth in our organization, much attention is currently focused on filling vacancies. Recruitment and selection is therefore also an important part of your job responsibilities. For this purpose, you will have frequent contact with external parties.

What is required?

  • HBO working and thinking level
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience
  • Good knowledge of absence management
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English
  • Good communication and social skills
  • Analytical and numerical insight

What do you do?

  • Absenteeism registration and follow-up of absenteeism files
  • Initiate and coordinate recruitment & selection process
  • Monthly and quarterly reports to management in the field of HR
  • Keeping up to date with laws and regulations regarding labor
  • Advise management on necessary adjustments and developments
  • Handle issues staff, management and board
  • Liaise with external parties regarding HR
  • Mutation processing of personnel insurances and pensions

You are a point of contact for colleagues and management. What is going on, what is the need, what is proceeding smoothly and what are the HR goals? In doing so, you think about how things can be successfully implemented in consultation with management and the board. You do this by writing clear, concrete proposals and discussing them. In short, in this position, you will know how to represent and combine the interests of Broadcast Partners and its employees extremely well, so that collaborations can continue and we can continue to grow as an organization.
