This Telephone Hybrid-2 from D&R is an analog device with digital controls and functionality such as ducking for improved intelligibility when calls are made during broadcast. The large button with ‘Ring’ on it lets you record from the phone line or through the mixing console if it is connected to the Telephone Hybrid 2 via the GPIO. The levels of transmitting and receiving can be adjusted. The incoming signal can be adjusted through the variable high- and low-cut signal and a switchable ducking system that reduces the signal for optimal clarity during the phone call.
