De SDV-, triple DVB audio-ontvanger is ontworpen voor heruitzending..

De RS-232 seriële aansluiting aan de achterkant ondersteund 4 verschilende formaten waarmee gegevens uit onder andere RDS encoders en automatiseringssystemen verstuurd kan worden.

De SDV kan zowel via Scientific-Atlanta Rosa Copernicus en het NLS PROFline "Open Interface" protocol vanaf afstand worden bediend en beheerd.

  • SCPC and MCPC operation (256 kSym/s – 30 MSym/s)
  • MPEG Layer 2 and MPEG4HE-AAC decoder including V1 & V2 mode!
  • Digital AES/EBU and analogue audio output
  • ASI Transport Stream input and output
  • Two RS-232 data ports for RDS and automation
  • RDS data from MPEG ancillary data according DVB recommendation
  • X.21 output for re-multiplexing on DVB/DAB platforms
  • 8 TTL outputs for radio automation
  • Remote controllable over IP Ethernet port
